Why a quest for the ultimate pork sandwich? Why not!
Moving from the Midwest to the West Coast I’ve been able to find a wealth of different foods. Alas, some treasured foods appear to have been left behind though, and one of those is the pork sandwich. Yes, you’ll say, you can find them all over these days. You wouldn’t be wrong (famous quote by D.P.). The trouble is that most of these are rather pedestrian and lack the soul of those hand-crafted in a state that has more pigs than people. Thus, I have embarked upon the quest, and I hope to leverage the wisdom of the crowd, and my own perseverance, to find the ultimate pork sandwich. Let the quest begin here!
